 Five feet for guy-wires will be permitted on either side of every merchant booth; you will not be charged for that frontage.

We are trying to fit as many vendors in with the space we have. So if you have a 10×20 booth, it’s less expensive to have a 10 ft frontage vs 20 ft frontage. Please think about your layout and see if it’s feasible to have a smaller frontage.

Wandering Merchant- $50
10′ x 10′ [10′ Frontage, 10′ Depth] – $100
10′ x 20′ [10′ Frontage, 20′ Depth] – $150
20′ x 10′ [20′ Frontage, 10′ Depth] – $200

20′ x 20′ [20′ Frontage l 20′ Depth]– $225
Encampment [Booth outside Merchant Row] – $200

Booth helpers:

Vendors who pay for a 10′ x 10′ booth space will be allowed 2 additional people outside of the booth owner for early entry set up and coupon use for discounted entry.

Vendors who pay for a 10′ x 20′ booth space OR a 20′ x 10′ booth space  will be allowed 4 additional people outside of the booth owner for early entry set up and coupon use for discounted entry.

Wandering Merchants are not given booth helpers

Immersion:

While we are not going to be snobby about it, we are looking to take our little event into more immersive territory and would love for our vendors to get in on the action! Make your booth as immersive and possible, participate in the judgement game! Show everyone that you are there participating like everyone else!

Port Nassau Merchant Information

 

 Merchant Applications are open until March 15th, 2025. Acceptance letters will start going out in February and Payment will be due 1 month after your acceptance letter is sent.

Your booth registration includes the booth owners entrance ticket and your vehicle and trailer spot. Your acceptance letter will include a discount coupon for your booth helpers. This discount will be for tier 1 pricing until March 15th, 2025. After March 15th the discount will no longer be valid with the exception of waitlist approvals.
