RV Information

RV spaces are limited and as such we will need to look over each RV application for approval. There are no RV Hook ups on site please plan accordingly. There is cell service and water buffalos. Once approved you will receive an email for your registration fees. Please allow us 24 hours to go through your application. Rv pricing: If your RV is 20 ft or under and in your camp it must be registered but there will be no charge. Any RV 20 ft and under in rv parking. $15.00 Any RV between 20 ft and 30ft must be in rv parking $20.00 Any RV over 35 feet must be in rv parking $25.00 If you feel your RV will be in your camp space but is over 20ft please reach out to us so we can discuss details. If you are towing your RV your vehicle may not be left in a camp. Your vehicle will need to be registered as normal through the registration process and parked in the parking lot.

Large Encampment Structures

To all encampments with large immersion structures, please note that securing approval for vardos, trailers, RVs, ships, and similar structures within your encampment has always been required. We have introduced a more efficient registration process for large structures, excluding pavilions, carports, canopies, and canvas tents. To allocate space effectively, it is vital that you provide accurate information about your large structures, especially those with wheels. Encampments with large structures must fill out this registration form to ensure a more enjoyable experience at future events. We need to know what space is required within each encampment and what it will be used for. If you fail to fill out this form and have a large structure in your encampment, we will ask you to remove it. This is going to give us a preliminary number on large structure space needs. When land grant opens there will be a question if you filled this form out or not. If you did select yes so we can match it to the land grant request. Upon approval, you will be expected to design this structure in a theme consistent with the event, ensuring that it does not detract from the immersive atmosphere. You must devise innovative solutions to achieve this goal. Although these rules have been ignored in the past, we are working to streamline this process.
