 Welcome to the Print Press!

The Chancery is the Administrative Assistant to the Event. We are in charge of Printing, laminating, designing, researching and so much more! If you’re crafty on the computer, this is the job for you! We also run Beast master! Beast Master is in charge of checking in each individual animal. This is a standing/walking position.

As a Volunteer in this department you will be:

•  Assisting with the Printing needs of other departments
• Sign-making
• Document creation and lamination
• Delivering needed supplies to other departments
• Researching various things
• And any other Office type things.
• Checking in each animal – verify that all documents are correct BEFORE allowing the animal on site. (If there is not a Pre-registration for the animal, that animal is not allowed on Site and you must turn them away!)
• Must not show up inebriated to shift (The Chancery Lead can/will dismiss you and you will not be paid for your volunteer shift. The incident will be logged with the Volunteer Coordinator. If your shift was part of Land Grant hours, the Land Stewart will be made aware.)
