Booth Size
Note 1: Five feet for guy-wires will be permitted on either side of every merchant booth; you will not be charged for that frontage.
Note 2: Space for those who selected "Other", meaning larger than 20' x 20', is extremely limited and will require approval.
Note 3: We are trying to fit as many vendors in with the space we have. So if you have a 10x20 booth, it's less expensive to have a 10 ft frontage vs 20 ft frontage. Please think about your layout and see if it's feasible to have a smaller frontage.
Prices
Wandering - $50
Includes: admission for merchantee only
10 x 10 Space - $125
Includes: 10 ft by 10 ft merchanting space in Merchant Square, admission for merchantee plus one helper
10 x 20 Space - $175
Includes: 10 ft by 20 ft merchanting space in Merchant Square, admission for merchantee plus one helper
20 x 20 Space - $225
Includes: 20 ft by 20 ft merchanting space in Merchant Square, admission for merchantee plus one helper
Encampment [Boot outside Mercant Row] - $225
Includes: Booth size selected, admission for merchantee plus one helper
Application Process
We are accepting only 75 merchants per event
You will need to apply separately to vend at the Tortuga event. Applications for Tortuga will open April 1st
~If accepeted, a registration form will be sent via email by April 1st
~Merchant registration will close on March 15th. You will not be able to register until you are accepted.
~Merchant setup is July 17th
~Merchant tear-down is July 22nd
~Merchant fees for Port Nassau MUST be paid in full by June 1st.
~There's no electricity on site. There is cell service and a water truck for water.
