Wandering - $50

Includes: admission for merchantee only

Does not come with a camping nor merchant space

Bazaar Space - $50

Includes: admission for merchantee and a small space in the bazaar pavillion

Does not come with a camping space.

10 x 10 Space - $125

Includes: 10 ft by 10 ft merchanting space in Merchant Square, admission for merchantee plus one helper, and a 20 ft camping space behind booth

10 x 20 Space - $175

Includes: 10 ft by 20 ft merchanting space in Merchant Square, admission for merchantee plus one helper, and a 20 ft camping space behind booth

20 x 20 Space - $225

Includes: 20 ft by 20 ft merchanting space in Merchant Square, admission for merchantee plus one helper, and a 20 ft camping space behind booth

Food Vendor - Price of Booth Size Above

Includes: Booth size selected, admission for merchantee plus one helper, and a 20 ft camping space behind booth

Power Access - $50 (Extension cords not provided)

 

Application Process

We are accepting only 75 merchants per event

~Applications opened January 15th

~If accepeted, a registration form will be sent via email

~Merchant registration will open February 15th. You will not be able to register until you are accepted.

~Merchant fees for Port Nassau MUST be paid in full by April 1st. Fees for Tortuga Nights MUST be paid in full by July 1st.
